Women's Community Shelters
Taking a shelter network’s reporting from about two weeks of exports and spreadsheets to a report that runs on its own.
Read the case studyReporting automation
We automate the NFP reporting that eats your team’s week - getting data out of Infoxchange systems like CIMS and SRS, checking it and turning it into Power BI reports that stay up to date. Your current systems stay exactly where they are.
How it works
1 / Download
Client records, feedback forms, the funding spreadsheet. One export at a time.
2 / Copy
The totals don’t quite match, the versions multiply and the report is late again.
3 / Connect
Your current systems stay in place. The downloading simply stops.
4 / Check
Checks run before each report updates, so problems can be found and fixed first.
5 / Report
Open it whenever you need it. Every number traces back to where it came from.

In their words
“George has done an excellent job supporting Lou’s Place to develop our outcomes dashboard and improve our reporting processes. He has taken the time to understand our service, the women we support and what we need from our data.”
Our guarantee

Before you get in touch
No. Your current systems stay exactly where they are - we work around them. Neither reporting project replaced the client’s system.
So far CIMS and SRS, plus feedback surveys and the reporting tools a service already has. If yours is different, tell us what it is and we’ll be straight about whether it fits.
Inside the access and hosting set-up we agree before any work starts and we put it in writing at the scoping stage. Our data handling page explains what that covers.
That’s the aim. The original files are kept and the data is checked before each release, so a figure on the dashboard can be followed back to its source and how it was worked out.
Then it’s better to find out early. Checking the data before each release is where problems like that show up. We fix the definitions or flag them for review before anyone relies on them.
Say which report it is and which systems it comes from. We’ll reply with a sensible next step.
