For founders

Turn your idea into a product people can use.

We design and build web apps and software products for founders, from the first useful version to launch. You work directly with George, our founder. Nothing gets built until the scope is agreed.

How it works

How an idea becomes a product.

  1. 1 / Idea

It starts as an idea and a wall of notes.

Features, sketches and a list of people who said they’d use it. It’s hard to know where to begin.

  2. 2 / Focus

First, we agree what the first version must do.

Who it’s for, the job it does well and what can wait. All agreed before anything is built.

  3. 3 / Build

Then we build it in small pieces you can try.

Each piece is something you can click through and test with real people, not a document about it.

  4. 4 / Launch

It goes live, ready for its first customers.

Sign-up, payments and the emails people expect. The details that make it feel finished.

  5. 5 / Hand over

And you know exactly what happens next.

Before launch we agree what you receive, what’s been tested and who looks after each part. Support is written down.

Products we’ve built

Before you get in touch

Questions founders ask.

Do you need to be technical to work with us?

Not at all. You bring the idea and what your customers need - we’ll handle the technical side and explain the choices in plain English as we go.

Where do we start?

Usually with a chat about the idea and who it’s for. From there we’ll write up what the first version includes, what can wait and who’s needed to build it - nothing gets built until you’re happy with that.

How long does it take and what does it cost?

It really depends on what the first version needs to do, so we don’t publish fixed prices or timeframes. Before you commit we’ll agree what’s included and when you’ll see it.

Who will you be working with?

Our founder, George, leads every project. If the work needs a specialist we’ll tell you who and why up front - they only join once you’ve agreed.

Can you see it before it’s finished?

Yes - we build it in small pieces you can click through and test with real people as we go. That way there are no big surprises at the end.

What happens after launch?

Before launch we’ll agree what you’re getting, what’s been tested, who looks after each part and what happens if something breaks. It’s all written down so nobody’s guessing later.

What if you’re not happy with the work?

You can ask for a refund at any point during the project and up to four weeks after the delivery date. Just email hello@digitalnachos.com.au.

What have you built before?

Onestack swaps a pile of paid software subscriptions for free open-source tools, all in one dashboard. JobLink lets tradies take bookings and deposits online. Temp turns a business’s Xero data into a plain-English health score and Freedive Map tells divers whether the ocean’s any good for a dive today.

Tell us about your idea.

Say what you want to build and who it’s for. We’ll reply with a sensible next step.
